Query every residential property sale recorded in Ireland since January 2010. Filter by county, price range, date, and sort by price or date. The register contains over 600,000 transactions and is updated weekly by the Property Services Regulatory Authority.

How it works

Your AI agent queries the Property Price Register via the CivicTech PPR API. Ask about recent sales in any county, find the most expensive properties sold, filter by price range ("houses under €300k in Galway"), or search by address. The MCP fetches and filters sales records returning price, address, date, and property type for each result. Data covers all 26 counties from 2010 to present.
