What it checks
- Reads the Daft.ie or MyHome.ie listing link and pulls the asking price, BER, beds, baths, floor area and description where available.
- Compares the property with recent Property Price Register sales in the area.
- Checks transport access, healthcare proximity, CSO demographics and local climate.
- Uses your income, deposit and timeline to flag affordability pressure.
Useful to know
The agent cannot inspect building condition, planning issues, management-company documents or legal title. It is most useful as a fast screening brief before you spend time on a viewing, solicitor query or offer.
