IrishMCP Agents provides AI-assisted summaries and decision briefings based on Irish public data and user-supplied inputs. The service is for information and research support only.

Use of the Service

You may use the free service within the published daily limits. We may throttle, suspend, or block usage that appears abusive, automated, unlawful, or harmful to service reliability.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Renewal

Paid plans are subscription services billed through Stripe. A Pro trial gives 30 days of Pro access. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will automatically convert the trial into a paid Pro subscription at the price shown at checkout, currently €5 per month for monthly Pro.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel billing from your Account page or Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid period or trial period shown by Stripe.

Prices, Taxes, and Refunds

Prices are shown in euro. Taxes, if applicable, may be calculated by Stripe at checkout. We may change plan prices or limits, but we will not intentionally hide renewal pricing during checkout. Refunds are considered case by case unless consumer law gives you a mandatory right to a refund.

Outputs are not legal, financial, property, planning, medical, tax, mortgage, or investment advice. You should verify important facts and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

Accounts and Consent

When you sign in, you must accept these terms. Marketing messages are optional and require a separate opt-in. You can withdraw marketing consent by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.

User Inputs and Acceptable Use

Do not submit unlawful content, confidential information you are not allowed to share, or personal data you do not have a lawful basis to process. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, resell, scrape, or bypass rate limits or access controls.

Data and Privacy

We store the information needed to operate the service, including run inputs, generated outputs, account details, usage counts, and consent records. Anonymous runs are linked to a first-party session cookie so daily free limits can work without sign-in. See the Privacy Notice for more detail.

Availability and Changes

Public data sources and MCP endpoints can change or become unavailable. We may update features, limits, prices, and these terms as the product evolves.
